If you are subscribed to a BT package (BT Business Plan or BT One Plan) for your calls at the moment they probably make claims to be 50% cheaper than their standard rate but they don't tell you it's still nearly three times as expensive as our basic rate. 4.5 pence compared with the 1.5 pence we charge and don't ask BT about the (un-mentioned) call setup cost of 2 pence per call.
